This weeks favourites
Missguided dress - £17.50 (sale)
Boohoo top - £12
Michael Kors jet set chain bag in mandarin (Selfridges) -£225
Zara sandals - £34.99
Asos playsuit - £28
Asos jumpsuit - £45
Just a few pieces I love at the moment. Two of which arrived today. The dress from Missguided and the Boohoo top. I have to say that top is my favourite thing i've bought in a long time and I would of payed a silly amount for it, but luckily for me it was only £12! How insane is that. Its the perfect colour and print for me and the embellished collar is perfect. The Zara sandals are also lovely. I love that they dont have that annoying toe thing and that they mix prints and colours. Perfect with a black playsuit or dress.
I've been after a red/orange bag for ages as I think they look great with black clothing or denim. I was going to buy a Michael Kors jet set bag for my holidays, as i'm going away quite a bit, but I think I might get this one instead. I'll have to wait a bit though, as it is a bit on the pricey side, so its not a decision i'll make easily, even if I do love it.
Finally, the Asos playsuit and jumpsuit. My first getaway is to Africa, so I was after a jumpsuit for the first night when I'm pale/burnt. This kind of thing is perfect because its lightweight for the heat and the suitcase. Again, its my style too, with the aztec print and black with a bit of colour. The playsuit is a nice african aztec with bits of colour too. I think that will look great with a bright orange lipstick.

Outfit Post
I recently posted about the similar Kenzo jumpers you could get from ebay and the Zara office city bag, so I thought I would do a post showing you how I wore them. On this occassion I kept it simple with a pair of Topshop jeans and Tory Burch flats. I also plan on adding a statement necklace but all the ones I have didnt seem to quite work with it.

Ladies Night
Cardiff recently showcased an event called 'Ladies Night'. It's basically an evening that you register for and then get a discount card that you can use in numerous different stores and restaurants. There are also little stalls that give out free drinks and sweets, for example pimms and candyfloss. Some stores even give you goodybags. Some of the offers included a free gift when you purchased something from River Island, a free goody bag from h&m, 20% off Thomas Sabo, 20% off Vans, and many more. Even nandos had a promotion! John Lewis had the biggest customer flow I think, due to all the make up offers and make overs taking place, alongside the discount. Luckily we also new people that worked on the Chanel counter and Kiehls so we were able to get some added goodies, including a mini chanel foundation brush, a chanel lipgloss and a big Kiehls gift bag full off travel sized goodies and facemasks.
My outfit included a Celine Paris tee, my Tory Burch flats, Michael Kors watch, Topshop jeans and Topshop orange necklace for a pop of colour. I then added my new leather jacket from Zara. You'll have to excuse the bad self photos. I cannot wait for my hair to grow back, its so painfully short at the moment for me.

Mini Haul
Just a few bits I've picked up recently. I'm on a bit of a spending ban this month as i've got too many bills to pay with holidays and courses etc. That being said though, holidays require some new bits right? I'm sure i'll cave. When I went away last year I didnt have any flip flops with me and it was always a bit of a nightmare by the pool, as the floor was too hot and my sandals were too much effort to put on. I'm not one for flip flops, that little bar thing really hurts my feet, but I've given in. I figure I'll just try and get some of those flip flop solution things I've seen knocking about. I saw these Havaianas and decided they were so pretty that I could probably deal with the pain either way. They would look good with a tan too.
The second thing I got was this Topshop black cut out shoulder top. Pretty simple but I thought it was nice and lightweight and would look great with a statement necklace. Another thing from Topshop was these set of earrings. I've recently gone a bit piercing mad on my ears so as soon as i'm allowed to change them I thought these would look good. I really like the bird. And the cuffs will be good to stop me trying to get even more piercings aha.
I recently had to part ways with my trusty Topshop faux leather jacket, so I had to go on a hunt for a new one. It was a bit of a fussy trip with me wanting a very specific one. I didnt want it to be too bikery, it had to have pockets, the sleeves had to be able to roll up to three quarter if i wanted..and so on. As always, it was the last place I looked that I found it.. in Zara. And it was only£39.99.
Finally, I got these black silk like joggers with elasticated ankles and waist. These things are perfect for me as the elasticated ankles means Im able to wear them without being petite. How embarrassing. They're always majorly comfy and versatile. Perfect for airplanes. And an added bonus is their lightweight and take up hardly any space which is great if you're packing them in the suitcase.

Gig: The Script #3 Tour
They performed brilliantly and did all my favourites, including 'If you could see me now', 'If you ever come back' and 'Breakeven'. They did however leave out 'If you see Kay'. They'll have to serenade me another time I guess. They interacted with the crowd loads, which I think is a must for a gig. They even rang a girls ex boyfriend and sang 'Nothing' to him down the phone. Doesn't get a lot more personal than that. They finished the evening with 'Hall of fame' and some fire and glitter. What else could you want aye. The support act were really good too. I actually went home and got the album. They were a Dublin band called 'The original rudeboys'. The name makes me cringe but we'll try and ignore it.
The Script are going to be performing at V festival this year so if you're lucky enough to be going definitely get ready to be seriously entertained!
For my outfit I wore denim shorts, black tights, black wedges, a black asos top with a long cross back and an orange and red Topshop necklace. I wore my hair in a loose bun to keep my cool. (I wish the girl infront of me had done that, instead of it sticking to me all night)
